This upstairs apartment just outside the center of Arnhem had all the authentic details. Something you can dream of if this is your first home. The new owners of this rental wanted very much to make it feel like a home. But nothing is harder than refurbishing a rental property when you don't have a budget. Luckily, we at Colorful Loft Living know how to deal with that and created a beautiful first home design.
With the help of Marketplace, good use of color and a functional layout we transformed this cramped living room into a spacious looking palace.

Did you know that we created a secret passage to the bedroom? Because the bedroom door was in the middle of the living room and that made the space very illogical. By hiding this door in the TV cabinet, that part of the room still stays involved with the living room.
