WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A USED PRODUCT?
We will always sell products that are still usable and in reasonable condition. Lighting that works and furniture that functions as it should. External features that we feel belong to a second hand product are as follows; light scratching on the surface, light weathering of material such as rust spots, small pits or dents, cracks aging of the material etc.

If there are more external shortcomings than we deem reasonable we will always mention this in the product description. So that you can make a well-considered choice to purchase the product. When in doubt you are always welcome to come to Arnhem to see the product or send us a message with questions.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS DISAPPOINTING UPON RECEIPT ANYWAY?
Rights can only be derived from actual items, such as color, dimensions and layout. These must match our product information. Unfortunately, this does not apply if a color is different than expected. Colors may appear differently on a screen; a cabinet may appear larger or smaller in real life than in the picture.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON USED PRODUCTS OR REFURBISHMENTS?
Actually the word second-hand says it all, the product is not new and so there is no warranty on it. We try hard to transform the most beautiful and best second-hand products into something that is presentable & usable again. For this we use good quality and durable products.

If you do encounter problems with one of our products, we will be happy to help you find a solution. If defects occur due to our actions, we will always try to correct them.
